With this information we can add it to our Continuous Delegate Survey that we do on a daily basis with every course we run throughout the UK. By providing your feedback you can help us to improve the services we provide and learn from your experience and resolve any issues.
We are always delighted to receive a positive comment or compliment especially when our training has given our delegates the confidence even in the most serious of accidents to help a casualty.
We treat all complaints very seriously as it is important that you complain about any incident that you are unhappy with because of somthing we have done or failed to do. It is important to us that all complaints are made within a reasonable timescale.

What do we do with your feedback?
Your feedback will be logged and passed onto the relevant department and we will acknowledge your feedback within 3 days. We use all your valuable feedback to improve our services.
